Why take a mock test?
Test nerves are real. A mock test takes the unknown out of test day by putting you through the same format an examiner will use, on the same kind of roads. When the real thing comes, it feels familiar.
What a mock test includes
- An eyesight check and "show me, tell me" vehicle safety questions
- General driving through junctions, roundabouts and busier roads near the test centre
- A reversing manoeuvre and, sometimes, an emergency stop
- A section of independent driving following a sat nav or road signs
